Blocking, booking, managing and organizing of MT conference with 500 odd employees is not an easy task, but you have managed it so well, so that I never need to looked into any part / activity related to Grand Hyatt, Mumbai.

Room allocation, luggage handling, on time change of required set ups at different locations / rooms, on time food arrangement was absolutely flawless. Needless to say, the management of Bar Counter was seamless.

Last but not the least : Managing and arranging for all the last moment requirements need real appreciation.
